NOTE: workflow will have a minor impact because 3rd party libraries will move to a different folder. See Sagi's dropbox to get the 3rd party libraries
NOTE 2: libvlc may crash in MSVC Debug builds when playing a video for some reason, so by default libvlc is unchecked on app launch for MSVC debug builds.
